December Meeting Recap

We had a festive December meeting - full of comradery, good food, and lots of prizes and winners!  Outgoing President Erin Case took us on a trip through the myriad workshops, speakers, and accomplishments that have made up the PMQG’s 10th year.

The guild has provided 19 program scholarships this year and hosted 10 workshops with seats for 200 members. Our web statistics show terrific engagement among our 304 members with 3,000 Instagram followers and over 17,000 unique visitors to our website. We have generously donated cash, quilts, and zipper bags to organizations across the city, including over 200 quilt donations.

Outgoing Programs Coordinator Kimberly Bennefield planned some exciting events for the first part of 2020, including Anna Maria Horner, Lynn Czaban and Joe Cunningham.  AMH’s workshops went on sale December 6th at 6pm and still have spaces available for Applique Stories, Folk Flower and Color Fluency.

Also on sale are 2020 memberships for PMQG ($45/year) and MQG add-on ($12/year) now.
