Jen Carlton Bailly
Jen Carlton Bailly is a PMQG member (and founding president) and an acknowledged master of curves. She finds pleasure in creating quilts with secondary patterns that make you stop and wonder.
We are very excited to have Jen present a lecture and trunk show on July 20th (see July Meeting for more information), and a workshop on July 22nd.
Jen Carlton Bailly's WORKSHOP is sold out.
One Curve, Five Blocks, Hundreds of Ideas
In this class we will take a simple curved block and mix it up, using all different methods of patchwork. We will explore improv, slice & insert, curve in a curve, curved half square triangles, and patchwork. Once the blocks are sewn up, we’ll explore different ways to put the finished blocks together to create a design that’s uniquely yours!
Get ready to cut up some serious fabric and sew like the wind! Each block has a corresponding quilt which will be shown in class!
